CHAMPS FLEURIS aims to build with its customers and all its partners a relationship based on trust and mutual interest.
CHAMPS FLEURIS markets Champs Fleuris products in Tunisia and grants its independent or commercial partners, acting in their own name, the right to purchase and resell Champs Fleuris products to end customers.
As part of its sales activity, CHAMPS FLEURIS collects personal data relating to ambassadors and their resale activities, notably through the website www.champsfleuris.com.tn.
CHAMPS FLEURIS intends to comply with the regulations in force relating to personal data in Tunisia.
Information that may identify an ambassador, such as first and last names, postal address, billing and delivery addresses, phone number, email address, national identity card number, credit card number and username, is processed in accordance with Tunisian regulations. This information is collected when an order is submitted or whenever the ambassador interacts with CHAMPS FLEURIS.

- Respond to ambassadors' requests.
- Allow CHAMPS FLEURIS to help an end customer find or suggest another ambassador if the current ambassador has stopped selling Champs Fleuris products.
- Facilitate the implementation of an internal marketing strategy for Champs Fleuris products through data analysis or audits.
- Improve the marketing of new products, customer service, identify usage trends and determine the effectiveness of promotional campaigns.
- Allow ambassadors to participate in promotional sales offered by CHAMPS FLEURIS or help CHAMPS FLEURIS organize its activities.
- Process and generate orders, provide samples or services, process payments, facilitate deliveries, communicate regarding purchases and provide adequate service.
By signing the Champs Fleuris ambassador registration form, the persons concerned accept that their personal data may be disclosed in the following cases:
